Many companies now recognize the value in supporting parental commitments. For smaller companies, a family-friendly environment means flexible hours, telecommuting options, and support for parents who need to attend to a sick child. Larger companies might provide onsite day care, extra days off for family time or maternity leave, and dependent child programs.

We wanted as “Work Style Magazine” explore the issue with an article thanks the collaboration of Mr. Jerôme Ballarin Chairman of The Parenthood Observatory and the wonderful pictures of Mireille Loup and Loretta Lux.
